4498 North LLC ("4498 North") is a Minneapolis-based operations consulting business run by Eddie Faulkner. This page explains, in plain language, what information this site collects and what happens to it.

What we collect

If you fill out a form on this site, take the operations assessment, or request the checklist, we collect what you provide: typically your name, email address, and, for the assessment, your answers and score. If you email or call us, we keep that correspondence.

When you take the assessment, your answers and score are sent to Anthropic, an AI provider, to generate the personalized write-up you see with your results. Your name and email address are not included in that request. If you submit a form, your email address may also be securely hashed and sent to Google to measure advertising conversions.

Like most websites, this site also uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics and advertising measurement through Google Analytics and Google Ads. These collect standard usage information such as pages visited, general location, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. Our forms and email are powered by HubSpot, which may also set cookies to connect your form submission with your visit.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to you, send you what you asked for (like your assessment results or the checklist), and occasionally follow up about operations topics we think are relevant to you. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe option, and opting out is always honored.

Analytics data is used to understand how the site is used and how our advertising performs, so we can improve both.

What we don't do

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone except the service providers that make this site work: Google (analytics, advertising measurement, and fonts), HubSpot (forms, scheduling, email, and CRM), Cloudflare (hosting and security), and Anthropic (generating the personalized assessment write-up). Each processes data on our behalf, under its own privacy commitments, and only to provide its service to us.

Retention and your choices

We keep contact information for as long as we have an active relationship or a legitimate business reason to retain it. You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email eddie@4498north.com and we'll take care of it.

You can also limit cookies through your browser settings, and opt out of Google's ad personalization at adssettings.google.com.
